Criminal Examinations
  • Attorney/Client Confidentiality. I retired from law enforcement in January 2002. I have a great understanding of the court/legal system and believe this is a benefit to someone who is currently under investigation or charged with a criminal offense. I can assist attorneys to determine if their clients are being truthful.
Specific Issue Examinations
  • I run specific issue examinations for the public. If you have been accused of an act and you want to prove your innocence, call me.
Domestic/Fidelity Issue Examinations
  • If you suspect your significant other of betraying your trust, as long as they agree to take the polygraph we can determine or disprove your suspicions.
Probation and Parole Compliance
  • This type of examination can determine if an offender on supervision is abiding by the conditions set forth by the Courts and/or Parole Board. Tests can be administered for new criminal activity, alcohol and drugs, weapon possession and any other type of violation.
Business Economic Loss Exams/per EPPA Guidelines

Post Conviction Sex Offender Testing (PSCOT)
· Specific Issue: This exam is to determine facts of the crime and can be used if the offender/client is in denial. Also if there is a specific event in question this examination would be utilized.
· Maintenance: This examination is utilized to monitor an offender’s progress and compliance of their probation/parole conditions.
· Sex History/Disclosure: This examination is used to determine the extent of the offender’s deviancy, if there are additional victims and/or additional offenses.
THE POLYGRAPH EXAMINATION
Includes everything that transpires regarding a given matter from the initial interview to the reporting of the diagnostic opinion, and can be seperated into three (3) phases.
PRE-TEST PHASE:
  • Consent Form
  • Determination of physical and psychological suitability for testing
  • Evaluation of case facts
  • Question Formulation
  • Reviewof questions with the examinee
TESTING PHASE:
  • Application of instrument sensors
  • Balancing of the instrument to person being examined
  • Determination of the examinee's norm at the time of testing
  • Intermittent periods of testing and re-testing until a suitable number of charts have been obtained for diagnostic consideration
DIAGNOSTIC PHASE:
  • Compilation of all data obtained during the examination
  • Numerical evaluation of charts
  • Report of diagnostic opinion
    • Non-Deceptive (Truthful)
    • Deceptive (Not Truthful)
    • Inconclusive (No Opinion)
